Where do I download Corporate Action Plans for various activities under Companies Act, 2013

  1. List of Corporate Action Plans: All the Action Plan as specified in the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR are available in excel format with specific checklists as well as the timelines. 
  2. Company Specific Documents: Company specific documents can be uploaded here.

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to download Corporate Action Plans for various activities under Companies Act, 2013

Step 2: Click on Company Data

Step 3: Click on Corporate Action Plan to download the required action plan/upload any of the Company Specific Templates as indicated in the below image
