What are the various functions available with respect to Registers in BLISS
Functions in Register Screen
1. Displays the list of all the
Registers required to be maintained under the Companies Act, 2013.
2. 
: Click on this icon to sort the entries in the registers in chronological order.
3. 
: Click on this icon for the following actions in any of the Registers available in BLISS software.:
a. To delete individual entries or Multiple entries or All entries
or
b. To Finalize the register.
4. 
:Click on this icon to directly make a new entry in this Registers.
5. 
:Set Denomination for
numeric fields such as in Thousands, in Lakhs, in Millions etc., in the
Register
Note: Currently this provision is available for Register of Charges only.
6. 
: Click on this icon to download a blank
Excel Template of the Register.
7. 
: Click on this icon to upload bulk entries
into the Register based on data already entered in the excel template
downloaded.
8. 
:Click on this icon to download the register
in excel format.
9. 
: Click on this to download the Register in
pdf format.

:Click on this icon generate the report of
this register in excel form.
