How to download standard document templates specified in the Companies Act, 2013 from BLISS

1.   Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI Formats: All the formats specified in the Companies Act, 2013 and NCLT are listed here.
   
2.  Company Specific Documents: Company specific documents like Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association and other key documents can be uploaded in this section.

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company you want to use formats under the Companies Act,2013

Step 2: Click on Company Data

Step 3: Click on E-Repository

Step 4: Search for Particular format in the Search Option and click on them to download them
