How to Email the Agenda from BLISS

Step 1: Authorize BLISS to use your e-mail id to send e-mails. Click on ‘My Profile


Step 2:  Click on ‘verify

Step 3: Click ‘ok



Step 4: You will get an e-mail on your registered e-mail id. Click on the ‘link’ to authorize.



Step 5: On successfully verifying this is the message that you would get



Step 6: In the Agenda Module, click on Pdf Print or Word print to get the email option


Step 7:  Click on E-mail


Step 8: Confirm the recipient address, check the Subject line and the Body of the mail and click Send

The recipients are categorized into Directors, KMP and Invitees which are based on the email id entered under the Register of Directors & KMP and Permanent Invitee tab respectively. This mailing list is updated automatically based on the attendees for the Meeting in the Agenda.


The document that comes as attachment is based on the options selected in the email section 
Step 9: When you want to include the calendar invite click on the Include Calendar Invite icon, below window will open.



Step 10: When you click on the calendar invite it will include the calendar invite in the mail



Step 11: After all updates are done click on the send button.
Step 12: Pop-up window will appear prompting confirmation on recipients number and list before sending any email through BLISS as shown below. Click Ok to send e-mail.


Step 13: Click on the e-mail icon in the Records tab to see the e-mail that was sent.

Please note, if an e-mail is sent through BLISS for any Agenda then the icon would be in blue color which can be clicked to see the e-mail sent.

In case the size of the agenda file exceeds 9 MB, a link with the agenda & its attachments will be sent in the email body to facilitate download of Agenda and the attachments by clicking on the required link(s).
You can upload and attach zipped folders i.e files with .rar or .zip extensions and upload your email signature to be applicable for all emails sent from BLISS from the settings page.
