How to Replicate the Agenda from records

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company in which you want to replicate agenda.

Step 2: Click on Records

Step 3: Toggle to the required Financial Year and to the respective meeting folder which is to be replicated (i.e., Board, Sub-Committee or Shareholder Meeting)

Step 4: Click on the particular meeting that is to be replicated

Step 5: Below screen would appear, Click on Replicate button:

Step 6: Select from drop down options (based on your portfolio companies) the company/(ies) to which the Agenda is to be replicated and click on replicate button.

Please Note Agenda can be replicated in the Same company or to some other company

Step 7: A draft agenda would get replicated without any dates as shown in screen below:

Please note that the Steps to Replicate the Agenda remains same for all the Meetings i.e., Board, Sub-Committee, Shareholder Meeting.
