ii. On the right-hand side of the annotator window, you will find
(if tap on the eye icon all the highlights on the document will be hidden and the user can see a clean document).
iii. Below which, you will find . This icon is used for writing page notes and this note gets saved for the entire page.
iv. When you annotate, you will find the below
dialog box that opens up to key in the annotation notes
a. The text to be annotated will be made available
in the annotation section.
b. Number of annotations that are connected to a
particular document will be indicated.
c. Name
of the person who annotated can be seen by all users, if its published using “Post to
Public” or seen by those who belong to a specific group, as a member of such group or annotations made one-one with such user. Access to annotations can be
restricted to self by selecting “Only me” option from the "Post To'" dropdown.
d. Time elapsed after each individual post is made
can be seen as additional info
e. Tags can be added for searching the annotations.
v. Search and Sort (by Newest/Oldest/Location)
options are provided for easy identification of annotations made. Other
guidelines to use the annotation feature to the fullest are also available in
the “How to get started” section as can be seen in the image below
