What are the various functions in Records
Once the Records are created or finalized, they
are available in the Records module which is organized Financial Year wise.
Under each Financial Year, the Records are placed under headers: Board
Meetings, Sub-Committee meetings –under sub-heads of each sub-committee,
Shareholder Meetings, Circular Resolutions, Returns, Action Tracker, Calendar
Events, User Specific folder and Register.
