Records:
Records page provides
customized folders where users can upload Company Records. Records can be
uploaded section wise. Section names are editable and any number of sections
can be added by users. All the uploaded records uploaded will be available in
the Records module which is organized Financial Year wise.
Functionality
of the Record Page:
- Search feature to search documents uploaded in the Records Repository
- Financial Year-Records can be uploaded financial wise
- Create tags for documents uploaded
- Toggle to switch between financial years
- Customized/Editable section heads
- Serial no. of the documents uploaded in particular section head
- Date of the document
- Document uploaded
- Tags added for the uploaded document
- Enter description or critical remarks if any
- Edit button to make required changes
- Delete button to delete the record
- Choose file to be uploaded
- Upload button to upload selected file
- Select tags, if required
- Add button to add tags
- Save the record
- List of approved activities created under Action Trackers
- Add new section head
- Add an action tracker associated with a particular section
- Lock feature to restrict other users from editing records of a particular section
- Lock feature to restrict other users from editing records for an entire financial year
Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your Summary Dashboard page,
as shown below. Click on ‘Other Entity’ button to switch to BLISSGLOBAL variant.
Step 2:
Click on the company from your portfolio.
Step 3: Click on Records.
Step 4: Select the financial year for which the record
needs to be uploaded.
Step 5: Select the section
head where the document is to be uploaded or edit the section head as required.
In case you have more than 10 records under one section in the Records page, use the arrow keys to toggle back and forth to access them.
Step 6: Update the date,
select file to be uploaded, select tag if required and update critical
description, if any.
Step 7: Click tick button to save.
Please note multiple files can be uploaded and multiple tags can be added
in one single entry.
