How to Upload Documents in Past Records.

Past Records is the module to store secretarial records created outside BLISS for the period prior to BLISS subscription for future reference. The users can view the files from past records right on the browser instead of downloading it in their device for viewing.



  1. Provision to enter the date of the meeting for which the records are stored.
  2. Serial number of records stored. This is auto generated.
  3. Category of Document (i.e Board Meeting, Sub-Committee Meeting, Shareholder Meeting)
  4. Choose the Users who can view this particular Section/Folder for all Years/restricted period as defined in the user rights
  5. Provision to upload the final agenda for the meeting.
  6. Provision to upload the final minutes of the meeting.
  7. Provision to upload the return filed or any other documents in connection with the meeting.
  8. Provision to select the relevant financial year.
  9. Provision to enter critical decisions taken in the meetings for ready reference.
  10. Provision to edit the entries, modify the records uploaded and to delete when needed.
  11. Provision to enable auto-conversion of documents uploaded into Machine Readable mode [i.e using Optical Character Recognition (OCR)]. Up to 2000 credits are available for this purpose where 1 page = 1 credit. On exhausting these credits, the desired number of additional credits can be purchased.
  12. Lock/ Unlock records in a certain financial year to ensure tamper proofing, once uploaded.

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to upload the Past Records.

Step 2: Click Past Records.

Step 3: Select the financial Year for which you want to upload the Records.


Step 4: Select the Category in which you want to upload, -Board Meetings, Sub-Committee Meeting, Shareholder Meeting: Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting.


Step 5: Select the Date on which the meeting was held.

Step 6: Upload scanned copy of the finalized Agenda, Minutes and Returns by clicking on choose file and after the file is selected by clicking the Upload button.
Please Note, that under Returns column you have provision to upload multiple files.

Step 7: Where required enter details of any critical decision taken in the meeting, to have ready access to it, by clicking on Save.

Step 8:  Access can be granted to the required folders for the desired users.



Step 9:  Click on the check box to select the user to whom access has to be granted.
