How to send out reminders for voting on circular resolutions?

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company you want to send voting reminders for Circular Resolution.

Step 2: Click on Records Tab.

Step 3: Navigate to the relevant circular resolution in your records section of BLISS, and click on the button as shown below:

Step 4: Click the vote option, and select “Send to All” to notify all directors, or select “Send Reminder” to notify only those directors who have not yet voted on the circular resolution.

Step 5: Once the Reminder button is clicked, the email page opens for editing. You can customize the content as needed before sending it to the relevant directors.

This will help users send reminder mails to those Directors who have not voted on the Circular Resolution.
