How to restrict/hide certain Agenda items for select users?

To restrict certain directors or invitees from viewing any agenda item, this feature can be used while preparing Board and Sub-Committee Meeting Agendas.

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to create the restricted Agenda.

Step 2: Click Agenda

Step 3: From the drop down, menu select Board Meeting or Sub-committee meeting as required.

Step 4: Once you select the type of meeting, add your Meeting Agenda items and update the meeting details, click on the ‘Restrict Agenda Item’ button for the item you wish to restrict or hide from certain users.

For detailed steps on how to create the Agenda please refer to ‘How to create an agenda for Board/Sub-Committee Meeting in BLISS’.
Step 5: Based on the Directors and Invitees to whom the Agenda is being circulated, you may select those who should be able to view the item and the remaining users will automatically be restricted from viewing such item.

It is important to note that only active list of directors and invitees for that particular meeting, whose email IDs are captured in the Register of Directors and KMP(in case of Directors) and Sub Committee/Meeting Details tab (in case of Invitees) will show up in the selection dialog box.
In case none of the directors or invitees are selected, that item will be visible to all users by default.
This feature will be active only when a template has been uploaded for the Meeting date and type. For steps to upload a template please refer to ‘How to upload various templates for Board/Committee Meetings/Shareholder Meetings/Circular Resolutions in BLISS?’
For the directors and/or Invitees to view the agenda items, with or without restrictions as applied as per the steps above, their email IDs in the Register of Directors and KMP(in case of Directors) and Sub Committee/Meeting Details tab(in case of Invitees) should match with the email IDs entered in the User Rights.  In case any director/invitee is not a registered user in BLISS/ has not been given access to the Company in user rights, their names will appear in blue font color for identification.

Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’. All the items with restrictions will appear as  and turn black for identification.
