How to group multiple agenda items under various heads in BLISS
Multiple Agenda Items for a Meeting can now be grouped into a single heading. This will enable you to club multiple agenda items of the same nature together and present a more structured agenda to the Board using BLISS.
Step 1: After Saving Agenda in BLISS, you will land on the page, as shown below. Click on the ‘Group’ button.
Step 2: After clicking on the Group button, you will land on the page, as shown below. Click on the ‘New Group’ button.
Step 3: Pop-up window appears as shown below. Enter the group name and description as desired by you.
Please note the description will appear below the Group heading. It is not mandatory to enter the description details.
Step 4: Once you scroll on the left side you will find all the agenda items that is not yet part of any agenda head. Select an Agenda item and move it to the right.
Please note in the order in which you will move the items to the right in the same order it would get printed in the word and PDF file.
You can also use the single arrow on the right to move the items back to the un-grouped list
Step 5:
Once you have selected the Agenda items click on ‘Save’
Step 6: Once you have created all the Groups as required. The following options will be available.
Please note on deleting a Group heading or an item from the group would not delete the Agenda item. All the agenda items would go back to the Non-Grouped heading. Step 7: To rearrange the agenda item within a group simply drag an item up or down.
Step 8: Once the grouping is done. Click on ‘Save’
Step 9: To move back to Agenda edit module click on ‘Back’
Step 10: Group names will get printed both in word and PDF depending on the groups or sub-whether the groups are set to hidden or visible.
