How to generate certified true copies of a resolution?

Step 1- When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to view minutes and download the Certified True Copy (CTC).



Step 2- Click on Records.


Step 3- Select the Meeting for which you want to download the CTC. (You will be redirected to the minutes page of that meeting)

Step 4: Navigate to the resolution for which you need to issue a CTC by clicking on either the PDF icon or the word icon as shown below: 

Certified true copy gets generated either as a PDF or a word File, as per the set template of the company, in its letterhead.
