How to enable IP restriction for a user

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your Summary Dashboard page, as shown below. Click on the company in which you want to restrict the IP Access of a user

Step 2: Click on Company Data

Step 3: Click on User Rights

Step 4: Click the

button to edit user rights.

Step 5: Define IP Range by adding the Start IP and the End IP. Click on Add button to enable the IP restriction and delete button to remove it.

Step 6: Click on Update

Only the Admin has the right to Restrict IP access or remove the IP access restriction. If a user's IP is restricted, then it will also get restricted in all those companies where the user is an Admin.
