How to download the documents uploaded under Past Records in BLISS
Past Records in BLISS enables the users to upload the secretarial records of the Company under each Financial Year since its year of incorporation. It also allows user to create custom folders to upload other relevant records for the secretarial team’s reference and access.
To know how to upload documents under Past Records, click here Step 1: When you log
into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the
company for which you wish to download all Past Records.
Step 2: Click on Past Records.
Step 3: Select the Financial Year for which you wish to
download the uploaded documents.
Note: Only the Admin of
the Company can access the “Print All” function. Step 6: Click Ok on the confirmation Box.
Step 7: A mail
containing the zip link will be sent to the registered email ID of the Admin.
The user must click the zip link in the email to download the documents uploaded
in the chosen Financial Year. Sample email format is as below:
