How to download the secretarial records created in BLISS

Once the Records are created or finalized, they are available in the Records module which is organized Financial Year wise. Under each Financial Year, the Records are placed under headers: Board Meetings, Sub-Committee meetings –under sub-heads of each sub-committee, Shareholder Meetings, Circular Resolutions, Returns, Action Tracker, Calendar Events, User Specific folder and Register.


Functionality of the Record Screen

Only the Admin of the Company can exercise “Print All” right.

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to print all Records

Step 2: Click on Records.


Step 3: Select the Financial Year for which you want to take print of all docs, or switch Financial years through keys.


Step 4: Click Print All.

Step 5: Select from the option of Pdf or Word & Excel


Step 6: Click Ok on the confirmation Box.

Step 7: A mail will be sent to the Admin with all the documents created in the respective Financial Year. The Mail would appear like this:
