How to create email groups in CimplyBEST
Email groups will help you to share a survey easily to the intended recipients at a click of a button, eliminating manual entry of email IDs Step 1: Login to your CimplyBest account, you will land on your portfolio
screen, as shown below. Click ‘view’ button for the company in which you wish to create email groups.
Step 2: All the surveys created for the Company will be available in the
screen shown below. Go to the survey you wish to create an email group by selecting the relevant
financial year and click ‘View’ button.
Step 3: Click on ‘Share Survey' tab.
Step 4: Click ‘View/Add Group' tab as shown below.
Step 5: Enter the required details, namely Group Name and the list of email IDs in the pop-up screen:
Step 6: Click 'Save' once the details are filled.
Step 7: The list of email groups created can be later edited/deleted as desired by clicking on Edit/Delete options.
