How to Add/Assign Activity.

You could either add an activity from:
A. The Action Tracker Page 
B. The Records page under a particular section

Under Action Tracker, create and track different activities with due dates which can be assigned, reassigned to different users. Provision to update the status for completed or approved activities is also available.
Functions of Action Tracker Screen.

  1. Add Activity button to add new activity
  2. List of pending and upcoming activities with name of assignee and due date for the activity
  3. Search Activities with key word
  4. Search filter based on Assignee
  5. Search filter based on Due Date
  6. Search filter based on Activity Status
A: From Action Tracker Page:

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your Summary Dashboard page, as shown below. Click on ‘Other Entity’ button to switch to BLISSGLOBAL variant.

Step 2: Click on the company from your portfolio.

Step 3: Click Action Tracker.

Step 4: Click ‘Add Activity’

Step 5: Fill in the Action Tracker module with the required details to create an activity and assign it to anyone:
Title of the Action, select user to assign the task, its approver, select nature of activity as one time or recurring, the associated section and due date by which the task is to be completed


Step 6: Click Submit.

Email will be sent to the assigned user as shown here:

B. From the Records page:
Click on the   button in a particular section to create an action tracker associated with it. Enter the details as in Step 5 above, except selecting the associated section and click on submit.
