How to add a Permanent Invitee to a meeting in BLISS

Permanent invitee is a provision to add a permanent member, other than the Directors, who will be attending all the meetings.


To add a Permanent Invitee

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to create the Permanent Invitee



Step 2: Click on the Company Data

Step 3: Click on the Permanent Invitee


Step 4 :Add Permanent Invitee

Step 5: Enter details for the Permanent Invitee and Click on the  button.



Note: Make sure the email ID entered here matches with the one in User Rights, in case the invitee is granted access to view the documents using BLISS Web Login for Invitees or our Board App, BLISSDOCS
