How do I track changes to the CIN of the company ?

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to change the CIN

 
Step 2: Click on Company Data
 
Step 3: Click on Company profile
 
Step 4: Click on Edit situated at the end of the page
 
Step 5: Click on + against the CIN/LLPIN field
 
Step 6: Click on the ‘edit’ button, enter the CIN and its effective date . Click on the ‘tick’ button. You can delete an entry using the ‘x’ button.
 
Step 7: Click on ‘Save’ to save the changes made
 

Impact of the change in BLISS: 
1. The CIN appears on the following documents based on on the effective date automatically:
Agenda, Minutes, Attendance Registers for Board, Committee and Shareholder Meetings & pre-filled Returns.



2. In case the Company’s CIN changes due to conversion from private/unlisted to a Listed Company, and upgrades to another BLISS variant, the form MGT-7 would be available with a ‘merge and download’ option in the upgraded variant. This form would contain the meeting and attendance details of the company both before and after change of CIN and migration of variant, if any.
3. In case the Company’s CIN changes due to conversion from Private Unlisted to Public Unlisted or vice versa, BLISS will trigger the relevant compliances or provide option to delete the inapplicable compliances under Other Compliances module.
