How do I enter various information relating to financials of the Company
The different components of Financial Information that are captured in BLISS are-
- Capital Structure (To know how: How do I fill in the Capital Structure in Financial Information)
- Principal Activity (To know how: How do I fill in the Principal activity in Financial Information)
- Details of Subsidiaries (To know how: How do I fill in the Subsidiary-related details in Financial Information)
- Financial Information (To know how: Where is the financial information such as turnover, net worth are captured in BLISS)
The details filled in the Financial Information will help BLISS to trigger
threshold-based Compliance in the Compliance Module Financial Year wise and
will simultaneously help partially fill MGT-7 for that financial year for the
Company.
