How do I enable/disable reminder alerts for a user
Step 1: When you
log into BLISS, you will land on your Summary Dashboard page, as shown below.
Click on the company for which you want to change the reminder status of a
user:
Step 2: Click on
Company Data
Step 3: Click User
Rights
Step 4: Click the
button to edit user rights
or
use the reminder toggle
Step 5: Use the Toggle Key against the Reminder field to enable or disable sending reminders to User.
Step 6: Click Update
1. Only the Admin has the Right to change the Reminder
status for a user.
2. Reminder toggle should be turned ON to receive email alerts with respect to upcoming/pending compliances.
