How do I download various templates under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), 2015 in BLISS



  1. Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI Formats: All the formats specified in the Companies Act, 2013,NCLT and SEBI LODR along with Draft Policies and Charters are available in word format 
  2. Company Specific Documents: Company specific documents like Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association and other key documents can be uploaded in this section.
To use standard document templates specified in the Companies Act, 2013/SEBI(LODR), 2015

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company you want to use formats under the Companies Act,2013/SEBI (LODR), 2015


Step 2: Click on Company Data



Step 3: Click on E-Repository.

Step 4: Search for Particular format in the Search Option and click on them to download them
