How do I add and download a new meeting event using the Meeting Scheduler in BLISS

Meeting Scheduler is a provision for scheduling meetings of Board, Shareholder and Sub-Committee for the full year and facilitate increased participation by Board members

To add a new meeting in the Meeting Scheduler-

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your portfolio page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to create the Meeting Schedule.


Step 2: Click on Company Data.


Step 3:  Click on Meeting Scheduler.


Step 4: Select the financial year for which you want to schedule the meeting.




Step 5: Click on Add button.



Step 6: Enter the details of the meeting.


Step 7: Click Submit.



Step 8: To download the meeting scheduler click on the  icon.
