How can a Director/Invitee view the Pre-read notes/Notice/Agenda/Minutes, Circular Resolutions and related documents?

In BLISSPLUS/BLISSLISTED variant of BLISS, a user with Director/Invitee rights can login to BLISS and view the records created- Notice/Agenda/Minutes and related documents.

Step 1: When you log into BLISS, you will land on your Summary Dashboard page, as shown below. Click on the company for which you want to view the records as a Director/Invitee.


Step 2: Click on ‘Records’. You can also filter records for ‘upcoming’ or ‘previous’ Meeting from the records page to quickly access the meeting documents.


Step 3The records page containing the Notice/Agenda/Minutes and related documents will be displayed for Board Meetings, Sub-committee meetings, Circular resolutions, and Shareholder meetings. Scroll down to the preferred section. One can download(if allowed in User rights), view and comment on the Notice/Agenda/ Minutes as shown below.


Directors/Invitees can also access the Pre-read notes by clicking ‘View’ button for the respective meeting date as highlighted above. 

On the day of the Board/Committee meeting, you can choose to extend the session timeout to a maximum of 4 hrs so that you may view documents during the meeting without being logged out of BLISS as shown below:



 

 To view any pre-read notes/signed document, click on ‘view’ button in respective heading under Signed Documents section as shown above in step 3. Then click on the file name to download it.


Step 4: To comment on the Notice/Agenda/Minutes, click on  or  or  button. Select the text for which you wish to add comments and click on ‘annotate’ button or highlight text using ‘highlight’ button.


Enter the comment and click on the ‘post to all’ button if the comment is to be public. Else, select the ‘post to only me’ button for a private comment

 


 -The no of annotations made would be indicated by the superscript to the symbol.
The pre-read notes uploaded is also available for annotation for the user. To launch the annotator, click on the file name in the pop-up window. Steps to annotate on the document are as mentioned above.
