Calendar

1. Overview
Calendar can be accessed from the side menu of BLISSDOCS. Calendar contains the list of meetings scheduled (Board meeting, Shareholder meeting, Sub-committee meeting) of all the companies in your Portfolio.




2. Meeting categories
  
The meetings are colour coded into the following categories: 
1. Scheduled.
2. Proposed.
3. Done/Completed.



3. Filter meetings based on company
Meetings can be filtered based on Company (in case more than one company is available in your portfolio) by selecting the Company filter icon  on the bottom left corner of the screen and selecting the desired company.

4. Meeting selection
Once you click on a date, all the meetings scheduled for that date will appear. Select the meeting you want from the list displayed. For the selected meeting, the following will be displayed:

1    Meeting type (Board meeting, Shareholder meeting, Sub-committee meeting)

2   Company name

3    Meeting time

4     Meeting status (Done, Scheduled, Proposed)



5. Meeting Details

The following information is available on the Meeting details screen:

  1          Meeting Status

                                    Displays status of the meeting:

                        a.    Done, where the meeting is completed.

                        b.    Scheduled, where the meeting date has been finalized.

                        c.    Proposed, where the meeting date has been tentatively scheduled.

2        Meeting Date
Displays the date of the meeting.

3        Meeting Venue
Displays the address of the meeting venue along with a link to Google Maps for directions.

4        Meeting Records
Displays all the records uploaded by the Company for that meeting. The records/documents can be viewed by tapping on the PDF icon next to the record title. 

                                  The records will contain the full Board agenda, the attachments and                                        the presentations, if any uploaded.

5         Availability confirmation
Provides you the option to confirm your availability for a meeting. You can confirm your availability by selecting “Available” or “Not Available” and then tap on “SUBMIT”.


Note : You can also view the signed documents uploaded for any of the meetings under the 'Signed Documents' section in the “Records” screen. Records screen can be accessed by tapping the icon in the Home screen:




Note: The Records of upcoming meeting can also be seen by clicking ‘Upcoming meeting’ from the “My Portfolio” page
